For more than 30 years, I have lived as a caregiver to a family member with disabilities. Through this journey, I witnessed firsthand the challenges, inconveniences, and systemic gaps that individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors face every day. At the same time, my 40 years of experience in development and construction gave me the technical insight to envision better, safer, and more human-centered housing solutions. These two paths of my life have come together to open a new chapter — and after years of preparation, J&BH Foundation Inc is launching a mission to provide practical, affordable, and sustainable housing solutions for individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors.

Under the guidance and support of Pastor Wonho Kang of Milal Mission NJ, we are combining the hardware of J&BH's housing solutions with the software of Milal's 30 years of service experience. Together, we aim to create a new model of housing that is both practical and deeply meaningful. We are not simply building houses — we are building spaces where people are respected, safe, and able to live independently. I invite you to join us in this mission.
